This tote carries a message worth the haul: love, reassurance, and hope for whatever comes next. Boldly displayed across this chic and wonderfully functional bag is the unforgettable closing line from Kim Addonizio’s viral poem, “To the Woman Crying Uncontrollably in the Next Stall.”
For bibliophiles, poetry lovers, and anyone who believes a good poem can change the temperature of a day, this is more than a tote—it’s a little piece of poetry you can take out into the world.
Fill it with books, your manuscripts, groceries, beach treasures, or the literary detritus of your daily life. Sling it over your shoulder and let the poetry do the talking.
Carry the words. Carry the hope. Carry it forward.
And there's an even better reason to carry this one: every purchase supports the Island Rat Residency, helping us bring more writers to Oʻahu and give them the time, space, and inspiration to make new work.
Buy a tote. Support a writer. Spread the word. 🌴✍️
